How do you ensure product quality?
We conduct quality inspections at the supplier's facility before shipment. You will receive photos, product samples on request, and a pre-shipment inspection report. We only release payment to suppliers after quality is confirmed.
How long does procurement and delivery take?
Timelines vary by product and country of origin. Air freight typically delivers within 5 to 10 days after procurement is completed. Sea freight takes 25 to 45 days. We provide a detailed timeline estimate before you confirm your order.
